I’m genuinely grateful for the excellent service I received here. The staff were very respectful, friendly, and professional. They completed the work I needed efficiently and used their time very well. I had no issues at all, and the quality of the service exceeded my expectations. My experience was truly excellent. The staff were friendly, respectful, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. I felt valued as a customer, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality service. I’m very satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back again.

I returned an air tank to exchange it for the correct one, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The employee helping me, Jake, refused to process the return even though there was no issue with the item. He also refused to call the manager so the situation could be resolved. Because of this, I had to pay another $450 for the correct air tank, even though I was simply trying to exchange the original one. What made the experience even worse was Jake's attitude. He was rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills. The way he spoke to me was unprofessional and made an already frustrating situation much worse. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training so other customers don't have a similar experience.

Bad customer service and service!! I was lucky to open my hood before I drive, I found three important bolts which isn’t put back where they were removed so I bring back to the customer service and I told them and they did not give me any attention and after 20 minutes they sent me service member who is also angry!! Every one should double check his Truck after they have done their work!!

Highly recommend Ben and his crew! Our camper dealership subcontracts with Momentum and we’ve been nothing short of happy with their work. Brian the estimator is quick, efficient and detailed. From pick up to drop off, we always appreciate the timely and detailed repair work we receive from Momentum!
